Banana cake is always a good way to consume overripe banana, and also it is super easy. Some of recipes add ground cinnamon in the cake, which is very good flavour, but I dont have ground cinnamon. Fortunately, I am a Chai lover, I got Masala, which contains cinnamon and other spices, and suits well with banana cake.
材料 (Ingredient)
1. 中筋麵粉 (All purpose flour): 100g
2. 香蕉 (Banana): 200g
3. 糖 (Sugar): 30g
4. 泡打粉 (Baking powder): 1 茶匙 (1 tea spoon)
5. 印度香料粉 (Masala): 1茶匙 (1 tea spoon)
6. 奶油 (Butter): 50g
7. 蛋 (Egg): 1
做法 (Direction)
1. 先將放在室溫軟化的奶油與糖充份拌勻後, 再加入蛋混合
2. 將香蕉用叉子壓成泥
3. 將香蕉泥加入步驟1拌勻
4. 將麵粉, 泡打粉及香料粉過篩拌入前面的混合物中
5. 我因為沒大烤箱, 所以我是放入小烤箱中烤約5分鐘, 這時表面己經焦黃, 但中間還沒熟, 所以再放入微波爐中加熱約3~5分鐘到蛋糕體熟
